We are excited to announce the search for a Dutch Market Manager. If selected, you will become a key member of our core team of deeply passionate colleagues working from our office in Copenhagen. Your main mission will be of the highest importance: to drive us forward and manage all Snowminds recruiting efforts in the Netherlands. As the Dutch Market Manager, it is your job to challenge with fresh ideas, different ways of thinking, and taking both a scientific and creative approach to problem-solving. We’ve got your back all the way, and we are counting on you to help us innovate and succeed.

About Snowminds

Snowminds is a young and expanding ski and snowboard instructor training company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. To us, few things in life are better than traveling the world together with the people we care for most. This principle has driven us towards our core business; helping people realize their dreams and passion for snow by offering them ski instructor jobs, training camps, and adventure trips in ski resorts all around the world. Since 2012, over 3000+ people have become trained and certified Snowminds ski instructors in Austria, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Spain.

The Job as Dutch Market Manager

In line with our overall goals, we will work closely with you to match the right projects with your competencies and personal interests. These projects include:

  • Leading all of Snowminds’ activities in the Dutch market.
  • Joining our Customer Experience Team and communicating with candidates verbally and in writing to secure them the best possible service.
  • Conducting interviews and guiding our candidates to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Planning and executing presentations and activities at various events, including our annual kick-off event, Team Leader camp weekend, regularly scheduled online info nights, reunion parties, festivals, or similar events.
  • Representing Snowminds as a Team Leader on our courses and helping our new Snowminds instructors succeed.
  • Working with our Marketing Manager to promote a variety of ski instructor courses and job opportunities for Dutch upcoming instructors
  • Maintaining the Dutch website, snowminds.nl, and developing a variety of materials for our Dutch customers.
  • Conducting analysis that will support Snowminds’ growth and strategy.
  • Creating new projects inspired by your creativity and passion.

Qualifications:

In this role, you will be given real responsibility and expected to manage core tasks on your own. Our team mantra is “Whatever it takes” and we hope you’ll take that warrior mindset to heart.

More specifically, we expect your qualifications to include:

  • Native Dutch speaker and strong writer.
  • Fluent in English, the ability to speak multiple languages is highly desired.
  • Experienced as a ski or snowboard instructor, preferably with Snowminds
  • A winning personality with a desire to join a young and energetic team
  • A strong drive to build and develop the Dutch market
  • A love to create and to enjoy the benefits of your own hard work!

Practicalities:

The position as Dutch Market Manager is a full-time job. Preferable starting date 1st of June 2021. Interviews will be held asap.
